Scout was adopted by his foster family in August, 2018, joining big brother (and GLBCR alum) Scooter.

Helloooooo! I'm Scout. You say that you are looking for a puppy? Really, I am a puppy! I play FETCH!

I am your typical busy Border Collie puppy that would love an active home from an experienced Border Collie adopter . A home who is willing to work with me to teach me. Busy, busy, busy, that is me, Scout! I am actively working hard on my house-training but I am a puppy and it will take me a bit of time to get the hang of it. Well, I am 15 weeks old and I think I am a smarty pants.

I love absolutely everyone and every dog! Play, play, play! Don’t let my smarts fool you, I am still a puppy and love my chew toys, everything is fun! I need lots of toys and playtime. I need activities to keep my mind busy until I crash and then I sleep. It is fun to cuddle when I sleep.

You ask what have I been doing? Well let me tell you. I follow around my people to help with barn chores and feed animals. I have helped my foster mom move baby goats; that was fun. Not sure if I have what they call instinct but boy did those baby goats move with a stare and a bark. I am respectful of the rooster, his girls and the horses which ignore me.
