Joi was adopted in August, 2018. Here she is with her new family!

Here are a few new pictures of Joi -- doesn't she look great?

Hello. My name is Joi and my foster Dad says I am a real Joy to be around. I am always happy especially when I am with my human. I enjoy fetch and frisbee but most of all I love pity-pats.

My foster Dad has me on a diet because he says I am a little bit overweight but I am getting down to a nice healthy weight and getting my energy back. Even though I would love to have more food, I never try to steal my foster sisters food (unless she walks away from it). Sometimes my foster sister and I wrestle but I am always very gentle with her, she is much smaller than I am.

I am very good in the car, I am very calm and quiet. I love kids, they always give me attention and I love that. I am not sure about cats, when I see one on my property, I will bark at them and try to go say Hi, but they always run away.

I am looking for a home with lots of love.

And petting. Don't forget the petting

Joi is a sweet lady who is always seeking attention and approval. She is a bit overweight but we are working on that. She does seem to have some mild resource guarding issues, but I have not had more than a low growl from her.

She likes to stay where she can see her person so even at the dog park off leash she doesn't get far away. Joi loves to play fetch, plush ball in the house and frisbee at the park. Joi gets along well with other dogs and loves kids.

Fairly low energy, like a Lab in a Border Collie body.
