Update: Reggie was adopted in April, 2008. Unfortunately, his time in his new home was all too brief, as he began to display neurological problems in late 2009. An MRI discovered a developing mass on his brain, and rather than put him through the stress of treatment with little or no hope of recovery, his heartbroken owners opted to end his suffering. Though his time here was short, Reggie was well-loved, both by his adoptive home and by his foster family. Linda still keeps a photograph of her "Reggie Boy" by her computer.
