Update: Mazie Weezie was adopted in March, 2006.
Mazie came to us from a Mid-Michigan animal shelter with a very bad case of demodectic mange. Patty took one look at her and knew that no one was going to adopt this poor dog, even if she did offer a hopeful smile and a wag to everyone who walked past her run.
Despite being "very mixed," Mazie became a GLBCR dog. Demodectic mange is very treatable, and within two months, Mazie was healthy and looking for her forever home.
