Update: Angel was adopted in May, 2004. We received the following update in October, 2006: "Hello there from the UP of Michigan! I am Angel and I was adopted in May 2004... I am very happy in my new home because I have lots of children to play with and loads of work that needs to constantly be done. If it isn't the goats, it's the cattle, if they are doing what I think they should be, there may be a few chickens who are in need of my attention and there are always the the children. Did I mention them? I have a dear friend who loves to play with me too. He's older, but still has lots of play in him. His name is Jack. My dad occasionally calls me to his lap and my best friend is Molly (one of the children who works hard on the farm). There are a few cats around here that need my attention and I see that all the yard is safe, free and clear! I am so very happy in my home, where I receive lots of love and attention. Mom talks to me about someday getting another from GLBCR when I am too old to see that the animals are in their places. I don't see that happening for quite some time! I LOVE to work! Thank you so much GLBCR and escpecially Mindy for helping me to find my forever home, where I see that I am very much needed. You were great to help me out as you did and now I'm just fine! My family loves me as much as I love them!"
