Update: Dusty was adopted in December, 2003. Dusty came into foster care after his owners reliquished him to a local shelter. The shelter staff fell in love with him and worked hard to get him into rescue before his time was up. A few days before Thanksgiving, he made the trip from Indiana to Michigan. Everyone he met was mpressed with his good looks and excellent manners, and he wound up meeting his new dad at the Bark Park a couple of weeks later. His "temporary" mom still claims he's one of the nicest dog she ever fostered.
