Gweneviere was adopted in June, 2019 and is now known as Jenny. It was love at first sight all around and it was as if Jenny had always lived there.

Hi! I'm Gweneviere. Sometimes mom calls me Jenny, Bear Cub, or Fluffer Nutter because I'm big, fluffy, and full of puppy fun! My veterinarian's best guess is that I have the potential to be a big girl-70-80 pounds big. The next guess is that I am part Border Collie and part Great Pyrenees or Newfoundland. I'm supposed to have a DNA test soon to help settle all these guesses!

When mom and dad first took me in, I had some bad habits to unlearn, so NO was the first command I learned. I am getting really good at Sit Down, Let's go upstairs, Come here, and Get in. Drop it and Lay Down are works in progress. I am really good on a leash because I stay close to mom and dad. I was a stray and don't want to lose my people again!

Mom and dad took me in the RV to North Carolina with them-and I was such a good traveler. While mom went backpacking in the mountains, dad and I hung out at the campground, ran errands together, or went on some little day hikes. Even though it was fun hanging out with dad for four days, I sure missed mom and greeted her with a full body wag when she got back.

If you are looking for a sport or competition dog, I am not your girl. I just want to enjoy the simple pleasures of life-hanging out with my people, napping in the yard, walks in the park, wading through puddles, car rides, stealing my dog brother's toys away from him, helping my dog sister patrol the yard for squirrels and birds, going to the farm store for head rubs and treats, snuggles, squeaky bones, and belly rubs. Oh yes-and greeting you with a full body wag!
